FAQ
Is this a brand new shop?
No, we have a very successful and highly rated shop on Etsy as well. We offer the same inventory as the Etsy shop here, but with more options that Etsy doesn't support.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
Currently, no, we only ship inside the USA.
Where do you ship from?
San Diego in Southern California. Ship time is still fairly quick to anywhere in the USA, usually maxing out at 5 days to the east coast.
How are your items shipped?
We use USPS ground advantage.
How long will my item take to print and ship?
Most small minis will be printed and in the mail in 3-5 days. Larger display figurines will take longer, up to a week. If you place a very large order and the shipping date needs to be delayed, we will reach out to the email on file with the order.
What is your return/refund policy?
Returns and refunds cannot be guaranteed on any order. However, if there is an issue with with your order, whether it's a shipping issue, a broken/missing part, or a misprint, please reach out and we'll be happy to help on a case-by-case basis.
There’s some supports/marks on this model!
Even after we remove the supports during cleanup, some marks and scratches will be left over. Most of them will disappear once the model is primed, or are in spots that don’t matter (like the underside of clothing or feet). But we can’t get them all and still ship the models out promptly, particularly on large models, so you may need to clean them off yourself with a craft knife and sandpaper.
Hey, my bases/parts aren’t attached!
Yep, that’s normal. Some models print in one piece, but many will require assembly. We recommend Cyanoacrylate glue (like Super Glue or Krazy Glue). You should also rough up both surfaces a bit with a craft knife or sandpaper for better adhesion!
This weapon/limb is bent!
This is normal for long, thin parts - we try to correct it during model cleanup, but it’s hard to get it perfect (and sometimes they’ll bend in shipping anyway). Just dip the part in hot (not quite boiling) water for a few moments, or warm it up with a hair dryer or heat gun, and you should be able to straighten it out easily. You can even do this after priming + painting!
Does anyone read this page?
I don't know, I hope so. If you did, write "I read the FAQ!" in the custom option box and I'll throw in a free bonus mini on your next order!
